If you complete the Barefoot Science program, and it is not effective for you, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. There is no limited timeline. We encourage all customers to take their time through the program, enjoy the benefits of your rehabilitative program, and to reach out to us for support if you have any questions or concerns along your path. We have a medical team available to help identify the root cause of the problem and work with you to assist in your rehabilitation.
If you simply change your mind, and want to send the insoles back without trying the program, then we charge a 15% re-stocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, you must send your Barefoot Science insoles in their original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (this should be in your email).
Refunds Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three business days.
If you need to exchange your order for a different size, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our distribution team will then assist you in your exchange.
