Therapeutic Plus comes with 7 Steps of mid arch stimulation so you can achieve the full benefits from the BAREFOOTSCIENCE™ System. Only at the highest step do we guarantee semi-permanent relief from plantar fasciitis, flat feet, weak arches, shin splints, tired feet, and heel spurs. It has been said that the 6th and 7th levels can be compared to a foot massage at every step.

The insole uses Poron™ at the front and heel for excellent shock absorption and pressure reduction. This very durable material is excellent for the robust/heavier person or high step occupations.

This BAREFOOTSCIENCE™ insole is clothed in Celliant™ – a revolutionary product proven to increase blood circulation. Therapeutic Plus meets the requirements for safe and gentle foot care, making it ideal for people with circulation problems like diabetics.

Athletes will get the most from this model with its increased blood flow to the feet and mid arch stimulation. Better circulation through the legs can help with recovery and full mid arch stimulation can reduce proprioception deficits and build stronger neuromuscular pathways between the feet and the brain. This may give the athlete an edge or enhance performance.

We also suggest this product for people who frequently get cold feet due to poor circulation.

Immediate feeling of support and pain relief

I have received my insoles three weeks ago and I am wearing them daily. When I wore them for the first time replacing my hard shell orthotics, I felt an immediate effect and also a reduction in my accote pain. I have switched today to block 2 and although I expect the healing process of my foot to continue for some time still, I am convinced that the consistent use of Barefootscience insoles will have a considerable impact.
