I LOVE THEM. I recommend to others. I found the new full innersoles and had to purchase. Been wearing inside a Chinese Barefoot science tennis shoe. Just a perfect fit and perfect prescription for a newer knit shoe. highly recommend. Its all about thhe science.

A solution that actually works!

Three months of laser treatment and custom made orthotics did not fix my plantar fasciitis. The pain reduced but my feet still felt weak. Being a marathon runner, I needed a long term solution that would fix my problems sufficiently to enable me to run competitively again. I discovered Barefoot Science from another runner. The process has proven to be no gimmick; it actually works! Even better still, the rest of the chain gets fixed and strengthened in the process. I’m now running with an even 50-50 stride, which is far more efficient. Previously my stride stats tended to be around 51-52 percent left foot, and 48 to 49 percent right foot. I had persistent issues with feet, ankles, knees, hips and back. All of my various issues appear to be on path to long term fix. I could not recommend this system more highly. A lot less expensive than custom orthotics also!
