I have the Active 3/4 length 6 levels insoles. I’ve been able to return to my usual 30 min walks. I’ve suffered from PF a few times and usually foot exercises have helped abate the PF. This time around, it helped a little yet I’m still coping with the pain. I picked up a pair of the insoles and am still on level 1. My right foot (no PF symptoms) barely recognizes the insole’s presence. My left foot (the one with PF) notices and when I am wearing shoes, I don’t have pain even when initially walking. I can feel the bump of the insole on the left foot still so it seems to be doing the job. I’m not in pain so I’m thrilled and relieved. It’s weird wearing shoes in the house yet if this helps strengthen my left foot, I will do it and vacuum more.

Always impressed with barefoot science active insoles. I have been a customer for over 10 years now.
